Pay in Full by April 1st – Single Occupancy Bookings get 1 Free Day Added to your trip and Double Occupancy Bookings Get 2 Free Days Added to Your Stay.
Pick the room of your choice now by putting down your deposit- ($700 per room Main Building/ $1000 per room New Tower) FYI- Telling me “Hey I’d like that room” is nice, but the only way to be sure it’s yours is to PAY FOR IT. Deposits are Non Refundable and Non transferrable to another guest, so we suggest purchasing travel insurance (LINK) if you think you might have to cancel. All balances are due by July 1st to keep your room selection.

**Please note – For Those of you who took advantage of the Early Booking Specials, the additional Free Days will cover your hotel stay only. This hotel is only all inclusive during the 7 Days of the event. If you missed out on the early booking specials and you’d like to add extra days to your stay, you can purchase additional days for $130 per night in the Main Building and $160 per night in the New Tower. All additional days must be reserved by July 1st to guarantee you stay in the same room. All days booked after July 1st may be subject to a room change depending on the current reservations at the hotel at the time.

Secure your Room
Deposits are $700 per room in the Main building and $1000 per room in the New Tower- non refundable to hold your space. As long as your amount is paid in full by April 1st you can take advantage of the early booking incentives. If you would like to make payments throughout the year, the final amount is due no later than July 1st to keep your reservation.

How to Pay for Your Stay
You can call Domina Bellicose at 1-980-613-2294 or email seymournaughty@hotmail.com We will need your room selection type, whether you want to pay the deposit, or if you want to pay in full, and the legal names for all parties on your reservation. You will be sent an invoice with a link to pay securely online. This is a very simple process and should only take a few minutes. If you’d like to pay your deposit now and the remainder before April 1st to get the Early Booking Specials or complete your payment later, the invoice for the balance will be sent to you a few weeks before the due date on July 1st. Once payments are received you will get a confirmation email from us. We suggest getting your deposit paid ASAP to secure your room choice.
