Buffet Menu

French Fries or Chips and salsa available at request any time the kitchen is open

Hamburgers and hot dogs available at request 12 PM- 6PM each day

Since we have a vegetarian who is allergic to corn we will make sure all vegetarian items do not have corn
We will make sure flour tortillas are available and pizza bread is made with integral flour (bread pita)

Day 1 - Saturday

Tortilla Soup (With separate grenades of avocado, cream, soup, fried tortilla

Filet mignon 

Meat to the shepherd (pork) with separate garnishes, coriander, roasted pineapple, white onion, red sauce
