EARLY BOOKING SPECIALS
Pay in Full by January 15th and get 1 Free Day Added to your trip, plus the current lower pricing listed below on each room category. Pay in Full By March 1st and receive the lower pricing listed below. Prices will increase on March 2nd. Pick the room of your choice now by putting down your deposit- ($700 per room Main Building/ $1000 per room New Tower) FYI- Telling me “Hey I’d like that room” is nice, but the only way to be sure it’s yours is to PAY FOR IT. Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-transferrable to another guest, so we suggest purchasing travel insurance (LINK) if you think you might have to cancel. All balances are due by July 1st to keep your room selection.

**Please note – For Those of you who took advantage of the Early Booking Specials, the additional Free Days will cover your hotel stay only. This hotel is only all inclusive during the 7 Days of the event. If you missed out on the early booking specials and you’d like to add extra days to your stay, you can purchase additional days for $160 per night in the Main Building and $210 per night in the New Tower. All additional days must be reserved by July 1st to guarantee you stay in the same room. All days booked after July 1st may be subject to a room change depending on the current reservations at the hotel at the time. All Funds Paid are Non Refundable and Non transferable to another guest, so we suggest purchasing travel insurance (LINK) if you think you might have to cancel.
